CINDY BRIGGS

Cindy Briggs paints with serendipity—splattering, mixing and mingling watercolors right on the paper to create her luminous paintings. Cindy’s luminous watercolors are inspired by her journeys from Central Oregon to Europe, Asia and Australia. She creates sun-drenched dramatic paintings featuring landscapes, cityscapes, marinas, and intimate portraits from her travels--sharing the experience with her collectors and students.

 

With over 25 years as a professional artist, instructor, author and advertising art director, Briggs shares the language of art in many forms. In the Northwest you can often find her teaching at Daniel Smith based in Seattle, at the Art Station in Bend, Oregon and at many other Art Centers and select venues.

 

Briggs is a Signature Member of the NWWS, member of AWS, WSO, and the High Desert Art League.
